PRIME Inspections Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy
Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, we’ve adopted a few new measures aimed at protecting our clients, our inspectors and all of our families and friends.
-
We have a strict no handshake policy.
-
Our inspectors will never attend an inspection if they are displaying any respiratory symptoms or if they have been exposed to anyone who is ill. We ask that if any client is feeling unwell they also reschedule or make arrangements not to attend.
-
Our inspectors carry Clorox wipes and disinfect all equipment between inspections.
-
Our inspectors will always wash their hands when they enter your home and wear gloves during the inspection. In some instances, they will also wear respiration masks.
-
They will exercise social distancing of from six to ten feet from other individuals.
-
We’d like buyers to come for the last 30 minutes of inspection but please do limit the number of people who attend.
-
We will discuss inspection findings outside the home in most cases. Once you have received your electronic report and have had a chance to review it, we’ll further discuss our findings via phone call and address any questions that you may have.
